Permits & Contractor Selection
In addition to drafting construction plans, RJU Design can help you obtain permits from your local township or city building department.
If you need help finding a reputable contractor, we can assist you with that as well.
About Jay Unternahrer
Jay Unternahrer is the owner, designer, and draftsman for RJU Design LLC.
He has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in CAD from Millersville University and a master's degree in IT from Wilkes University.
He has over 20 years of CAD/drafting experience and over 15 years of woodworking, cabinet making and carpentry experience.
